If you had been issued NCIS numbers starting NCI01001 to NCI01060 these will now be invalid.

If applicable you will either have to reapply at NCIS or at another Game Site as you are no longer on the database.

Following an investigation by UKARA, it has been found that the UKARA associate retailer Land Warrior, has entered false information onto the Database.

Games sites should only be validating UKARA player forms belonging to their own site members.
If a game site has been validating forms from other sites this is incorrect,
any accidental errors will need rectifying, and any such forms should be forwarded to UKARA Admin.

Any site operative or retailer found to be deliberately abusing the registration system, will be penalised or ejected.

All registered games site should have received their validating stamps in 2 - 3 days from their email confirmation of registration.
( allowing for weekends )
If yours has not been delivered yet please let Admin know.

When you fill out and have your status confirmed with your UKARA listed Game site they should issue you with a number. ( which may or may not be you game site membership number )

This number should start with you Game Sites UKARA number e.g. MIA , FFZ, GZA, TTF, etc and a 5 digit number e.g. 00040 or 10007

Make note of this number and keep it safe, then send the player form into a UKARA retailer by post with or without an order, so he can enter the information onto the Database.

Now that the Database is up and running it has been decided to allow Player registration forms to be sent prior to ordering.

This will make sure there is no delay for customer when making Internet, or Phone orders, as the verification forms can be sent by post in advance.

As soon as you form has been completed by your UKARA registered game site please post it to your favourite UKARA retailer.

You no longer need to be making an order.

Game site join up has been going very well, with now 45 Game Sites joined and 7362 player application forms downloaded. But we still get enquires from players saying
"I cant see my site on the UKARA approved sites list."

If your local site has not joined, encourage them to do so, as it has only advantages for them and their players. To not join may well have a negative effect, with players looking to join a site elsewhere.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PLAYER FORMS to UKARA Admin's address, although I can burn paper on my wood stove it tends to block it up.

When you have had your players form stamped by your local game site with the "Official" UKARA verification stamp, which has UKARA in the stamping transfer.

Send it with your next order to a UKARA retailer of your choice.

If your form has been stamped with any other stamp you are wasting your time.

If you send them to UKARA Admin address you will just have to do it all over again.
