To be a permitted purchaser

The regulations are that you need to be a member of an Insured Airsoft gaming site and you have to have played there 3 times over a period of NOT LESS THAN 2 Months, not played 3 time inside a period two months.

Once you are a member of the game site you can be registered on the UKARA database as an eligible purchaser but you don't become a member of UKARA ( only retailers can ) or get any form of license.

Any game counts as long as it not a multi-day game e.g. if it was a two day game it would still count as one attendance.

Changing address

If you need to change your address details you need to contact your registered game site, ask them to amend the details that they hold for you as a hard copy record, ( a new players form filled out may be of advantage ) and use their access to the database to update your details held on-line.

Renewing your registration.

When your registration on the database comes up for renewal if you have provided an email address you will get an automatic email from the database, your game site operator will also get an email from the database saying that your registration is due for renewal irrespective of whether you have provided an email address. It is up to the Game site operator to decide if you are still a member of their site and if so renew you through their access to their section of the database, if they do not realise that they can do this please ask them to contact UKARA Admin.

You do not have to complete a new players form.
