Originally it was intended for players to stay on the database providing they made a purchase which require their database entry to be challenged by a UKARA Retailer.

After consultation it was decided that the system would have greater integrity if Airsoft Skirmishers entries were updated directly by the games site or club of which they are a member.

The VCR Act allowance for RiF sales to players was made on the understanding that only players who are members of suitably insured game sites would be allowed to purchase, thus the need for member site to be able to remove non players.

* UKARA made no charge for you being registered on the database, any charges of this nature are made by your game site to cover their own administration costs. If they decide to make a renewal charge, again this is nothing to do with UKARA.

If you are no longer a member of a properly insured game site you are no longer eligible to purchase RiF's*

If you supplied a correct email address you should receive notice that your database registration is expiring this will be duplicated too your game sites email address so they also know that your registration is expiring, they have the ability to renew you database record please do not write to UKARA Admin unless you have exhausted other avenues.
