UKARA needs to be notified of your new insurance expiry date when it is due for renewal.

If confirmation is not received before the previous expiry date the site will go into suspension on the database, you should received an email warning of this pending event if not please contact Admin.

The site going into suspension will normally only mean that the insurance company is slow to do their side of the paper work and is not a reflection on the game site legality. Unfortunately as the VCR Act wording is to the effect that to be an "Airsoft Skirmisher" you must be a member of a properly insured gaming site player sales will also be restricted until renewal has been processed.
